Respiratory Therapist - 3rd Shift

What You’ll Do Provide individualized respiratory assessments, treatments, and care plans. Collaborate with Nursing, Habilitation, and Therapy teams to support holistic resident care. Monitor and manage respiratory equipment, including oxygen therapy, nebulizers, CPAP/BiPAP, and airway clearance devices. Participate in Individual Plan (IP) meetings and help develop resident-specific respiratory goals. Train and support staff on respiratory care techniques, equipment use, and safety protocols. Support post-hospitalization respiratory needs and track outcomes to ensure effective care. What You Bring Licensed Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) in the state of Ohio. CPR and First Aid certification; valid driver’s license. Experience working with individuals with severe or profound developmental disabilities (preferred). Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. A flexible, self-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
