This Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) delivers outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages within a structured clinical environment. The facility operates on a standard weekday schedule and maintains established clinical protocols to support consistent and quality care delivery. On-site support staff includes MDs, APPs, medical assistants, and licensed vocational nurses, along with laboratory and radiology services, to facilitate daily clinical operations.

About the Clinician's WorkdayClinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), working Monday through Friday within a 40-hour work week on day shift. Clinical responsibilities encompass the evaluation and management of primary care conditions across all age groups, with on-site laboratory and radiology services available to support clinical workflows. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
