YOUNG COMMUNITY DEVELOPER\'S
Establecida en 1973, YCD es una organización sin fines de lucro que atiende a residentes de todas las edades que viven en las comunidades históricamente más desatendidas de San Francisco. YCD adopta un enfoque holístico mediante un ecosistema de entrega de servicios diseñados para empoderar a los residentes en la consecución de la movilidad económica, construyendo y manteniendo una comunidad positiva al proporcionarles oportunidades educativas, capacitación para el desarrollo de la fuerza laboral y servicios sociales. La filosofía de YCD es que cada individuo debe tener derecho a una movilidad económica sostenible y generacional, con el objetivo de romper el ciclo de la pobreza. Cada año YCD brinda a aproximadamente 1.200 miembros de la comunidad servicios de empleo y capacitación a trás de sus programas y alianzas. YCD también se enorgullece de compartir que ha sido votada por Non‑Profit Times como una de las 50 meñores organizaciones sin fines de lucro de su tamaño para trabajar en los Estados Unidos. El puesto de Especialista en Empleo II - WAC en YOUNG COMMUNITY DEVELOPER\'S implica facilitar talleres de preparación laboral, desarrollar relaciones con empleadores y proveedores de capacitación, mantener la información de los participantes y garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos del programa. Experiencia sirviendo a personas afectadas por el desempleo, despidos, falta de vivienda, participación en el sistema de justicia, inestabilidad económica u otras barreras. Familiaridad con los sectores de construcción, atención médica, seguridad, tecnología, transporte, hostelería u otros sectores de alta demanda. Conocimientos prácticos de Salesforce, Workforce Central o sistemas comparables son preferidos.
