Communications Clerk
Team Worldwide Corporate Office in Winnsboro, TX is seeking an entry level Communications Clerk to join our evening shift (1pm-10pm, Monday through Friday). The ideal candidate will have the ability to:
- Thrive in a high-paced and busy environment.
- Work in a paperless environment.
- Meet daily deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer service phone calls and respond to questions about existing shipments
- Monitor shipments in the shipment pickup dashboard
- Provide updates to branch offices and customers on shipment status and information regarding the shipment
- Rating/Pricing
- Data entry
- On-call duty as trained and assigned
- Occasional morning or night shifts assigned as necessary to support department needs
Qualifications:
- Detail Oriented
- Excellent communications skills – written and verbal
- Strong ability to multitask
- Strong computer skills
- Complex problem-solving skills
- Must be willing to work On-call duty as trained and required.
- Must be willing to work the evening shift from 1pm until 10pm, Monday through Friday.
