• Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
• Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller
• Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly
• Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments
• Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals

What You’ll Do

Represent Sellers with Excellence:

• Conduct professional listing consultations to understand client goals, timelines, and pricing strategy

• Deliver polished, high-impact listing presentations backed by Tillung Tampa Bay’s proven systems

• Advise clients on staging, property preparation, and positioning to maximize value

• Launch listings with world-class marketing, media partnerships, and team support

• Negotiate contracts and inspection terms with confidence and strategy

• Manage the entire listing process—from pre-listing to closing—with precision and clear communication
  

Guide Buyers to Their Dream Homes:

• Provide a white-glove experience for buyers navigating Tampa Bay’s luxury market

• Conduct property tours, market research, and neighborhood insights

• Prepare offers, negotiate effectively, and guide clients through contracts

• Maintain consistent, proactive communication to ensure seamless transactions
  

Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences:

• Build long-term relationships and referral networks through trust, discretion, and service excellence

• Leverage technology and modern tools to manage clients, leads, and transactions efficiently

• Uphold the reputation of Tillung Tampa Bay by representing every client with professionalism, integrity, and luxury-level attention to detail

• Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential
• Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
• Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Currently licensed in real estate

What We’re Looking For

• Active Florida Real Estate License (required)
• Prior experience in listings, buyer representation, or high-value sales preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented
• Polished, professional, and client-focused
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern real estate platforms
• Three professional references required
