As a Part-Time Assistant Manager, you will support the store leadership team in delivering excellent customer service, training new recruits, and supporting daily operations and sales targets. Responsibilities Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty through product knowledge and customer service skills. Assist in managing the sales floor and stepping in as needed to support the team. Open and close the store as required, ensuring security and operational procedures are followed. Operate the register, process transactions, and promote additional sales through various benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Understand and contribute to the store’s sales plan, KPIs, and merchandising strategies. Assist with planogram updates and store layout changes. Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ. Maintain store organization, stockroom cleanliness, and overall store appearance. Support team development and foster a collaborative environment. Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Leader. Qualifications At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in fashion or pop culture retail. Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and operational skills. High school diploma or GED. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
