* Client consultation: Connect with clients to understand their event objectives, preferences, desired experiences, budgets, and timelines. * Event planning and coordination: Organize sports-related events, concert experiences, theater outings, and other special occasions according to client requirements. * Venue and vendor management: Research suitable venues, entertainment options, suppliers, and service providers while coordinating bookings and arrangements. * Budget and proposal development: Prepare customized event proposals, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, and planning documents. * Contract and expense management: Coordinate agreements, track expenses, and maintain clear communication with vendors and service providers. * Client communication and support: Provide regular updates, answer questions, manage expectations, and guide clients throughout the planning process. * Event execution: Coordinate logistics, monitor schedules, address unexpected challenges, and ensure all arrangements run as smoothly as possible. * Project organization: Manage multiple event planning projects simultaneously, maintain accurate records, and ensure deadlines and client commitments are met. * Continuous improvement: Stay informed about event trends, entertainment options, and client preferences to recommend relevant experiences and improve service quality.

Requirements
