What You’ll Do:

Identify and engage potential clients to help grow our customer base and support sales growth
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales and customer support strategies
Conduct customer research to provide tailored support and identify new sales opportunities
Manage and maintain client relationships, delivering exceptional customer support
Actively participate in team meetings, offering ideas to improve sales processes
Keep track of customer feedback to help improve sales and support strategies

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, self-driven attitude with a strong interest in sales and customer service
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple customer support tasks
Previous experience in sales or customer support is a plus, but not required
