Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct initial assessments and intake interviews to understand each client's mental health status and therapeutic needs.

  • Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapies suitable for an array of mental health conditions.

  • Facilitate regular counseling sessions, providing clients with effective coping strategies, resources, and tools tailored to their individual circumstances.

  • Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans in collaboration with the client and any involved healthcare providers.

  • Offer referrals to additional resources, such as psychiatrists or community support services, ensuring comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include individuals coping with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

  • A valid and current license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
  • \n
  • A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience is essential for success in this role.

  • Profound knowledge of mental health disorders and best practice evidence-based treatment approaches.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain client records and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
