Shift Manager

Overview This is a Shift Manager position at a McDonald’s franchisee restaurant. The franchisee is the employer and is responsible for all employment matters. McDonald’s USA has no control over hiring, firing, or any employment decisions. Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Shift Managers provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. Key responsibilities include: Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Minimum age 18 years or older. Previous leadership experience within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment is preferred. Must be a positive team player with a flexible schedule and the passion to work in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
