Legal Operations Manager

To support the in-house legal department of a large nonprofit healthcare system, the full-time Legal Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage legal technology platforms, and improve departmental processes, with options for fully remote or hybrid work arrangements available in Northern California. Key responsibilities Oversee day-to-day legal department operations, including matter intake and workflow management Manage and optimize legal technology platforms, such as contract lifecycle management and document management systems Develop and implement legal department processes, templates, and best practices to enhance efficiency Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in legal operations, contract management, or related fields Experience supporting in-house legal teams in a healthcare or highly regulated environment Proficiency in managing legal technology platforms and developing performance metrics Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred Strong project management experience with the ability to handle multiple complex initiatives
