Attleboro Enterprises, Inc. (AEI) is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Care Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in our Lakeville residential home. Position Responsibilities As a Direct Care Professional, you will help residents build essential life skills, participate in their communities, and lead healthier, more independent lives. Responsibilities include: Daily Living Skills: Assist and teach residents everyday skills, including cooking, housekeeping, and maintaining their living spaces. Health and Wellness: Encourage healthy lifestyles by promoting proper nutrition, exercise, and overall well-being. Community Integration: Transport and accompany residents to religious services, cultural events, recreational activities, banking, medical appointments, and employment. Individualized Support: Help residents work toward the goals and objectives outlined in their Individual Service Plans (ISPs). Positive Engagement: Promote independence, dignity, inclusion, and a positive image of residents in the community. Qualifications Successful candidates must: Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Hold current MAP (Medication Administration Program) certification or be willing to obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment. Be physically capable of assisting with transfers of adults to and from wheelchairs and other adaptive equipment. Have an acceptable Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) background check. Possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving record. Maintain strict confidentiality of all client and employee information, records, documents, and communications. Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with multicultural and multilingual populations and multidisciplinary teams. A variety of shifts are available, offering opportunities for different scheduling needs. Saturday: 3:00 PM–10:00 PM Sunday: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM and 3:00 PM–10:00 PM Monday: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM Tuesday: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM Wednesday: 2:30 PM–10:00 PM and 10:00 PM–8:00 AM (two overnight openings) Thursday: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM Competitive Pay and Benefits

• 21.00 per hour starting rate
• 21.50 per hour for employees with MAP certification
