Opis: Celem jest wsparcie budowy rozwiązań AI, które realistycznie usprawnią proces SDLC, od analizy i planowania, przez development, testy i jakość techniczną, po automatyzację wybranych działań w pipeline'ach. Szczegółowo zależy na osobie, która pomoże zaprojektować i rozwijać agentów podejścia do wykorzystania AI w procesach wytwarzania oprogramowania. Kogo poszukujemy? Wymagania techniczne: Bardzo dobra znajomość Azure AI Foundry lub usług AI dostępnych w ekosystemie Azure. Znajomość koncepcji agentic AI i praktyczne doświadczenie w budowie rozwiązań opartych o agentów AI. Doświadczenie w projektowaniu i implementacji rozwiązań typu RAG: wyszukiwanie kontekstowe, wektoryzacja, embeddingi, integracja z bazami wiedzy / dokumentami / repozytoriami. Umiejętność integracji modeli AI z aplikacjami, API, narzędziami developerskimi oraz procesami DevOps. Doświadczenie developerskie, najlepiej w środowisku Java lub pokrewnym, pozwalające na swobodne zrozumienie procesu wytwarzania oprogramowania. Znajomość procesu SDLC, CI/CD, code review, testów automatycznych oraz jakości technicznej. Umiejętność szybkiego prototypowania, walidowania hipotez i pracy w podejściu eksperymentalnym / R&D. Mile widziana znajomość narzędzi takich jak Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, SonarQube, narzędzia testowe lub inne rozwiązania wspierające development i delivery. #J-18808-Ljbffr HeadHR
