We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to become part of our team at one of our eight clinics located in Vancouver, WA. Additionally, we have positions available across the river at various clinics in Portland, OR. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing evidence-based medical care in a collaborative setting. We particularly welcome applicants with a focus on LGBTQ health.

The Internal Medicine Department is expanding! Currently, we have 31 physicians and 23 Advanced Practice Clinicians serving both Washington and Oregon.

• Full-time or Part-time (0.6 - 1.0 FTE)

• Flexible scheduling options (4 days per week)

• 100% outpatient care; shared phone call responsibilities among Washington clinicians

• Compensation follows a production model

• New clinicians receive a two-year income guarantee ranging from $301,321 to $326,401, with potential for increased earnings

• Starting and retention bonuses of up to $150,000

• Two-year partnership track available with a reasonable buy-in
