About This Role The New Grad RN Resident in the Neurosciences unit provides direct nursing care to complex neurological patients while participating in a residency core curriculum tailored to individual learning needs. Highlights Pay: $33.50 - $53.60/hour Location: Cleveland, OH What You'll Do Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs. Provide direct nursing care alongside a coach. Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care activities. Initiate and/or maintain interventions for safe and effective patient care. Respond to data indicating risk to individual health and take corrective action. Seek supervision and assistance when unable to perform safely and independently. Comply with established hospital and department personnel policies. Document in patient's medical record according to established guidelines. Requirements Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN preferred. Experience: New grad or less than one year of RN work experience. Licenses & Certifications: Current state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN). Proof of Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
