Entry-Level Part-Time Clerk

We are seeking an Entry-Level Part-Time Clerk to join our growing multi-state law firm. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a professional legal environment while working with a supportive, collaborative team.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Processing incoming client account documents and court correspondence
• Entering and maintaining information in the firm's software system
• Printing and assembling legal documents for court filing
• Communicating with various courts by phone and email
• Working closely with attorneys both within and outside the firm
• Assisting the department manager in meeting daily operational goals
• Performing additional administrative and clerical duties as needed

Requirements

Candidate Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in standard office procedures and basic computer skills
• Strong data entry skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
• Keen attention to detail with solid critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently while following established policies
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times
• Highly motivated, positive team player with a collaborative mindset
