Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders accurately through phone, email, and online systems
• Answer inbound customer calls and assist with product inquiries, order status, returns, and issue resolution
• Follow up with customers via email to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution of requests
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions within the CRM system
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
• Handle multiple customer requests while maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in beauty, retail, or e-commerce
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with computer order entry systems and Microsoft Office
• Experience using CRM software preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude

Preferred Skills:

• Experience processing orders and handling high-volume customer inquiries
• Knowledge of beauty, skincare, or cosmetic products
• Familiarity with order management and customer support systems
