Anesthesiologist Job at Licking Memorial Health Professionals in Newark, OH

Position MDs and CRNAs using the medical direction model. MDs may do their own cases or direct CRNAs. No cardiac, neuro, or trauma; encompasses mostly B & B cases, including Gen Surg, Vascular, Ortho, ENT, GU, GI, Ob/Gyn, Plastics, Podiatry, Psychiatry. A very busy ortho service; proficiency with peripheral nerve blocks is a plus. Currently, in the process of incorporating FoCUS as part of pre‑op assessment. Hold monthly CME meetings and M&M conferences to review literature and stay current, adding a semi‑academic flavor to the practice. Model: hospital‑employed group. Board certification required: Yes; must be B/C within 5 years of graduating residency or fellowship. Accept J1 & HI‑B visas: No. Compensation Annual base salary: $550,00 Sign on Bonus $50,000 for two years Benefits Paid time off (PTO): accrued; approximately 250 hours per year for full‑time physician.
