Lead with Care: Join Our Team as the Pharmacy Manager

Full Time at 40hrs/week, $22 - $35/hour (without PharmD), $65-$70/hr (with PharmD)

What You’ll Do

As our Pharmacy Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of our clinic and pharmacy, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for both our team and our patients. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing pharmacy operations, including scheduling, staffing, training, and workflow optimization.
- Supporting and mentoring staff to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and pharmacy policies.
- Overseeing patient care processes to maintain the highest standards of service.
- Collaborating with leadership to develop and implement strategies for growth and improvement.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate with:

• At least 3 years of experience (if possible) in a management or leadership role, preferrably in a healthcare setting.
• A Bachelor’s Degree. (does not have to be in healthcare)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
