The deadline for this position is 7/14/26 Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants Position Summary The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient movement of goods. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer and internal orders Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and system updates Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and stand‑up lifts (as certified) Stage and load outbound shipments for carriers and internal transfers Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damages, or shortages Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and storage areas Follow all safety procedures and company policies Support peak operations and assist other departments as needed Requirements High school diploma or GED 1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or WMS systems Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Forklift and material‑handling equipment certification Experience with shipping carriers and freight coordination Knowledge of inventory control best practices Prior experience in a fast‑paced or high‑volume warehouse environment Skills & Competencies Time management and organization Problem‑solving and communication skills Dependability and strong work ethic Commitment to safety and quality standards Benefits Health Insurance (Company pays 50% of individual & family) Dental and Vision Benefits available 401(k) Plan available with employer match Short‑Term Disability (paid for by employer) Paid Time Off and Paid Sick & Safe Time to use for time away 100% of PGA Dues paid annually Continuing education allowance of $500 per year Annual clothing allotment Six (6) company observed holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day GOLFTEC observes a Flexible Time Off policy for exempt employees Long‑Term Disability available Employee Pricing on golf lessons and golf merchandise #J-18808-Ljbffr
