As a Baker at Rainshadow, you’ll play a key role in creating high-quality baked goods that delight our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and baking a variety of goods with precision and care.
- Following recipes and maintaining consistency in quality and flavor.
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Monitoring ingredient inventory and assisting with restocking as needed.
- Collaborating with the team to meet daily production goals.

We’re searching for someone who brings both skill and passion to the table. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in baking or a related field.
- A strong understanding of baking techniques and tools.
