Broadview FCU is seeking a Member Service Representative to deliver consultative service to members by phone, resolving issues and identifying financial needs with empathy. You will educate members on products, handle account maintenance, and refer opportunities to internal partners to deepen relationships. Training is in Albany, NY for two and a half weeks with hotel provided. The position offers a starting pay of $20 per hour plus a competitive benefits package and the possibility of moving to #J-18808-Ljbffr Broadview Federal Credit Union
