Solar Site Field Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Solar Site Field Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, operation, and maintenance of solar energy systems. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Your expertise will be crucial in conducting site assessments, analyzing design plans, and providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering or renewable energy, with a solid understanding of photovoltaic systems and their components. Responsibilities include performing site inspections, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety protocols. You will also be responsible for preparing detailed reports and documentation, as well as training site personnel on best practices and safety measures. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential for success in this role.
