Remote Data Entry Specialist

BHGRE Senter Realtors is a fast-growing real estate company looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Remote Data Entry Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate property data, client information, and transaction records within our CRM and database.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter property listings, MLS data, and client information into our database.

• Maintain and update digital files, contracts, and closing documents.

• Verify data accuracy by comparing system inputs with source documents (contracts, inspection reports, etc.).

• Assist agents and transaction coordinators with administrative data management as needed.

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive client and financial data.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred).

• 12 years of data entry experience (experience in real estate, escrow, or mortgage is a huge plus).

• Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 50+ WPM).

• High-speed internet connection and a reliable laptop/desktop computer.

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) or Microsoft Excel.

• Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/Hr
