Architectural Designer

As an Architectural Designer, you will take on a leadership role, coordinating and managing architectural projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects align with client goals, budgets, and timelines while also developing building concepts and translating them into construction-ready designs.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCad.
• Experience in construction documents and administration.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to produce and review construction drawings.
• Excellent architectural design and drafting skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture; Master's Preferred.
• Working experience within Commercial Architecture (No Residential).
• Architectural License or Path to becoming licensed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Rapids, MI. The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.27/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
