Social Media Strategist and Community Manager

Let’s Cook Video Editing is expanding! We’re looking for a versatile Social Media Strategist & Content Creator to lead social media strategy and execution across our client accounts and our own brand channels. This role includes both organic social strategy and hands‑on paid ads management across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You’ll work across Let’s Cook Editing Services’ clients, Let’s Cook Editing Service brand and the Thank Your Editor community – bringing ideas from strategy, concept, execution, producing content, managing campaigns, and tracking performance. Location: Virtual (Work from home) Travel: Minimal (~1–2 times per year) Pay Competitive Starting at $75K Who You Are: You are immersed in the creator economy and fluent in internet culture. You think strategically, create quickly, and understand how content drives results. You are someone who: Lives and breathes social platforms, trends, and storytelling Understands both organic and paid social strategies Is fluent in video, photo, brand positioning, brand identity and multi‑platform content. Loves experimenting with new technologies and AI tools Thrives in growth multi‑project environments Is organized, efficient, and meticulous. Enjoys growth. For yourself, for your team, the brand and for the clients you serve Has hands‑on experience running paid social ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), including campaign setup, budgeting, optimization, and data interpretation. Is data‑driven and curious, always tracking performance and improving strategy Is comfortable being both strategic and hands‑on in content creation Is familiar with Adobe Suite, Canva, and modern browser‑based creative tools What You’ll Do: Lead creative ideation and execution across social campaigns, shaping strategies that align with client goals and drive engagement. Develop and manage social strategies, content calendars, posting schedules, and high‑quality graphics, visuals, captions, and short‑form media. Spot trends early, adapt content in real time, and use analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) to track performance and translate insights into actionable strategy. Build efficient systems leveraging AI and automation, and provide clear, actionable reports to clients. Drive brand growth for Let’s Cook Editing Services, overseeing video, photo, and social content strategy, cross‑platform execution, and analytics monitoring. Support internal operations with scalable systems, recurring performance reports, and opportunities for creative optimization. For the Thank Your Editor community, produce and publish a weekly Substack newsletter and create engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok to grow and energize the community. Collaborate closely with the Founder/CEO on planning, execution, and team growth. Implement new technologies, AI tools, and smarter workflows, foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, and mentor or lead additional strategists as the team expands. Support paid campaigns as needed across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, including ad creation, optimization, A/B testing, and basic performance tracking, providing recommendations through creative testing and data‑backed insights.
