The RV Finance and Insurance Manager guides customers through financing and insurance processes, including securing loans, negotiating terms, selling insurance products, managing paperwork, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Provide financial guidance and explain financing options to customers. Secure financing by collaborating with banks and financial institutions. Negotiate loan terms and interest rates. Sell insurance products and help customers select suitable policies. Manage all paperwork related to financing and insurance accurately and promptly. Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues efficiently. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in finance, insurance, or related fields within auto or RV industries. Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in teams. Attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Professional credibility, responsiveness, integrity, and ethical standards. Clear and concise communication skills. Customer-facing role requiring a professional image and customer service excellence. Working Conditions: Primarily based in an office environment. May require evenings, weekends, or holidays. Fast-paced and stressful environment requiring resilience under pressure. Potential for long hours and irregular schedules. Extended sitting and computer work.
