HireQuest Direct is now hiring dependableGeneral Laborersto support construction projects, warehouse operations, property cleanups, and commercial job sites throughoutBellingham, WA, and surrounding areas. We have immediate temporary, temp-to-hire, and ongoing work available for motivated individuals who are ready to work in fast-paced environments.What You'll Be DoingAs a General Laborer, you'll help keep job sites safe, clean, and productive. Daily responsibilities may include:

• Job site and construction cleanup
• Removing debris, scrap materials, and trash
• Sweeping, raking, and maintaining clean work areas
• Loading and unloading tools, equipment, and building materials
• Assisting skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other construction crews
• Moving and staging materials throughout job sites
• Light demolition and tear-down work
• Warehouse cleanouts, property cleanups, and general labor projects
• Following all safety procedures and supervisor instructions

What We're Looking ForWe're looking for individuals who are:

• Reliable and punctual
• Able to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in construction, industrial, or warehouse environments
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Able to follow directions and safety guidelines

No experience is required.Previous experience in construction, demolition, warehouse work, landscaping, moving, or general labor is a plus, but we are willing to train dependable workers.Job Details
