A Day in the Life As an MBA Leadership Development Rotation Program (LDRP) Associate, you will accelerate your development as a future business leader through a structured rotational experience designed to build broad business acumen, strategic thinking capabilities, and leadership skills. You will work alongside talented professionals across Medtronic to solve complex business challenges, drive growth strategies, and advance healthcare innovation. The MBA LDRP is designed to provide high-potential talent with exposure to critical business functions while creating a pipeline of future leaders for Medtronic. Throughout the program, associates will gain experiences that build enterprise perspective, strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills, and create meaningful business impact. LOCATION AND WORK MODEL MBA LDRP Associate roles are primarily based in Minneapolis, MN, but opportunities may also exist in other geographical areas.
