Lead continuous improvement efforts in mobile solution onboarding; deployment; content creation standards Ensure Veeva/Salesforce best practices are integrated into digital processes Deliver monthly forecast for LaunchPad production services Manage new business requirements gathering for solution road mapping Monitors QoS across LaunchPad/EyeLink workflows Facilitate local affiliate digital capabilities workshops Project manage new build and new market deployment timelines and production deliveries Identify creative needs for deployment projects and determine partner assignments Facilitate stakeholder project collaboration
