Graphic Design Manager, Sales Enablement - Media Client Hybrid, New York City Scope: 5 month w2 contract with high potential to extend or convert, includes options for medical, dental, and vision benefits + PTO Monday to Thursday In Office, Fridays Remote - 40 hours per week Hourly Rate Range: $45 to $50 Our client is looking for a talented and experienced Manager, Graphic Design to join their Sales Enablement team, which sits within a dynamic Ad Sales organization. This team partners directly with Sales to deliver consistent, customized, and visually compelling messaging to clients and agencies across the advertising marketplace. What You’ll Do As a key creative partner on the Sales Enablement team, you will design high‑impact sales materials and presentations that bring complex ideas to life and drive client engagement. You’ll collaborate across teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and help shape the visual identity of sales communications across the organization. Your day‑to‑day will include designing PowerPoint presentations, one‑sheets, newsletters, and interactive digital experiences, partnering with cross‑functional teams to translate business objectives into compelling visuals, maintaining brand consistency across all collateral, and staying ahead of design trends to push creative boundaries in everything from typography to data visualization. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of design experience Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop Experience with Ceros or similar interactive content platforms Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography A portfolio demonstrating presentation design excellence Detail‑oriented, self‑starter mentality with strong project management skills Ability to work across all levels of an organization with positive energy and strong interpersonal skills Familiarity with the advertising marketplace across multiple platforms is a plus If you are a creative thinker who never settles for the same bar chart and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ektello
