Real Estate Buyers Sales Agent

We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact and ensure they have a positive experience. Applicants should be enthusiastic, determined, and driven to succeed. Responsibilities: Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget Meet with qualified buyers and guide them through the home-buying process Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up Use our CRM and proven systems to manage your sales pipeline Deliver exceptional customer service to generate referrals Host team open houses and work assigned buyer leads Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training Qualifications: Experience with the local real estate market and general trends Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent Full-time availability Technology-driven Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred Organized and have the ability to manage time effectively Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills Possess a can-do and positive attitude with problem-solving abilities Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based #J-18808-Ljbffr EmpowerHome Team - Dallas
