Facilities Project Manager

DGS Office of External Affairs

The Facilities Project Manager position with the Indiana Department of Transportation manages facilities projects in the Seymour and Vincennes Districts to support highway maintenance operations. Based in Indianapolis, this role oversees program objectives, budgets, compliance with federal and state policies, and supervises a work team. The position requires extensive knowledge of facilities management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders. 9+ years of experience in a similar facilities project management or program management role Specialized knowledge in facilities management and program operations Ability to develop policies, manage budgets, and prepare financial reports Strong leadership, delegation, and employee development skills Ability to present to internal and external stakeholders and ensure compliance with federal and state requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr
