Compensation The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $23–28 per hour. Position Details We’re hiring a full‑time On‑Site Service Representative (OSR) for our Scottsdale, Mesa, and Phoenix (East Valley) route. Working hours are Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm. The OSR reports to a supervisor or manager of onboard services and supports assigned customers by managing their inventory, providing outstanding customer service, and driving account growth through customers’ inventory management (KeepStock) program. OSRs also work with partners to implement sales strategy and help customers understand how Grainger can provide solutions to their MRO needs. Responsibilities Service multiple customer locations. Receive and stock purchased product in designated customer locations, ensuring product stocking levels by scanning for ordering purposes as inventory is depleted. Resolve customer problems promptly to retain and promote customer loyalty. Follow the designated route defined by routing software tools and maintain route guides. Identify continuous improvement opportunities in productivity, process, and cycle time. Comply with safety and inspection requirements of the facility where service is being provided. Help create new orders by engaging with customers to identify additional product needs. Probe for customer needs during each site visit and work with sales partners to expand Grainger offerings. Qualifications Three years’ experience in a selling or service environment. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift 25 to 60 lbs and/or work in difficult positions. Collaboration and problem‑solving skills. Capability to handle different technical and operational issues. Valid driver’s license in the state of residence. Must carry required levels of automobile insurance.
