Connect with potential customers and uncover their insurance needs. Educate customers on coverage options and insurance benefits. Prepare and present appropriate insurance solutions. Build relationships with new and existing customers. Follow up with prospects and turn opportunities into business. Provide excellent service by phone, email, and in person. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Participate in training, coaching, and professional development. What We're Looking For Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales or prospecting experience preferred. A "hunter" mentality and desire to win new business. Customer service experience is a plus. Positive, confident, and professional personality. Strong work ethic and desire to succeed. Organized with good time-management skills. Comfortable learning new technology and systems. Coachable and willing to continuously improve. Enjoys working in a team environment. Licensing Already licensed? Great! Not licensed yet? No problem.
