About This Role In your role, you will be encouraged and empowered to understand each customer’s unique needs and provide tailored financial recommendations. You will perform everyday banking tasks from simple transactions to retirement planning and actively engage with customers to foster deeper relationships. Primary Responsibilities Make every customer feel welcome in the FNBO branch. Help customers with transactions such as deposits and withdrawals. Understand each customer’s unique financial needs. Make personalized recommendations to support them. Guide customers toward greater financial well‑being. Deepen relationships with customers through outreach. Compensation and Benefits Overview Starting pay for Personal Banker positions is $22 per hour. Final compensation may vary based on experience, education, and skill level.
