High-school diploma or equivalent. Must be a US Citizen and have ability to acquire a Secret clearance. 1–2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a similar back-office role; prior exposure to order-management systems is beneficial. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

You will be the Order Entry Operator. What You Will Be Doing Provide processing support for offsite vendor servicing of calibration assets and procurement of applicable parts and/or resources. This includes but is not limited to, quote requests, financing requisitions, order placements, shipment generation and receiving.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience using ERP/CRM or order-entry software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) Exposure to technical specifications and terminology.

Employee will work on-site full-time

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $39,200 - $69,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
