Compensation:$150,000 - $200,000 annual salary (US Dollars) The pay listed is the salary range for this position. For information about ABM’s benefits,visit ABM Employee Benefits | Staff & Management Position Summary: ABM is searching for an Account Director who will be responsible for overseeing all operational, financial, and strategic activities related to the delivery of ABM's services for a large, multi-site, semiconductor equipment manufacturer. This role manages a diverse portfolio of projects and sustaining work while serving as the primary interface with client leadership. The Account Director will lead a large, multi-disciplinary organization, oversee P&L and drive long-term growth strategies to expand ABM’s footprint within this world-class semiconductor environment. The Account Director executes operational processes in alignment with the ABM Performance Solutions (APS) Platform Team ensuring that Client outcomes are achieved; Client/Faculty, Staff, experience is positive; ABM financial objectives are met, and sales opportunities are reviewed and supported. The AccountDirectoris the primary point of accountability tothe Client, responsible for delivering operational excellence, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and growing ABM’s presence at the site. The successful leader will have the ability to lead in a high-demand, fast-paced environment while aligning with the unique culture and operational rigor of the Client's organization.
