If you're passionate about food and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you.Position OverviewIdeal candidates will have at least two years of experience in a restaurant, banquet, or catering environment and possess a strong work ethic with a commitment to quality.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and execute high-quality menu items in a scratch kitchen.Assist with banquet and special event preparation and service.Execute appetizers, salads, action stations, and entrée production.Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards.Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while supporting fellow team members.Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked throughout each shift.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of restaurant, banquet, or catering experience preferred.Strong knife skills.Experience with high-volume food production is a plus.Organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented.Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Positive attitude and strong team mentality.Excellent personal hygiene and sanitation practices.Reliable, punctual, and dependable.Oregon Food Handler Card required.Ability to lift up-to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.Reliable transportation is a must.Background check required.BenefitsCompetitive pay is based on experience and skill level.Employee meals provided.Golf privilegesEmployee discounts in the Golf Shop.Opportunities to learn, grow, and advance within a highly respected culinary program.Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour (DOE)Job Types: Full-TimeServing applicants from: West Linn, Oregon City, Lake Oswego, Portland, Tigard, Tualatin, Wilsonville, Canby, Molalla, Woodburn, Sherwood, Newberg, Aurora, Beavercreek, Eagle Creek, Mulino, Clackamas, Donald, Hubbard, Salem, and surrounding communities.
