These at-will part-time positions are the day-to-day support staff for the Zions Bank Training Center. Qualified candidates will be assisting with operational support of the facility while providing excellent customer service. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT : The job requires regularly lifting/pushing up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting/pushing more than 50 pounds or exerting heavy force in a wide disparity or environmental conditions. - Greet and welcome guests to the Zions Bank Training Academy
- Provides excellent Customer Service by registering patrons for programs, answering questions, and answering complaints
- Operates the cash register
- Supervises the facility to ensure safety and compliance with Training Academy policies
- Secure building at the end of the evening
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 1-2 years retail sales experience
- Capable of cash handling and POS operations daily and for special events
- Ability to pass a background check
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate the teams' schedules
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with others
- High school diploma
