Limited Radiology Technician, Part-Time (Internal Candidates Only)

The Limited Radiology Technician performs patient-oriented procedures under the supervision of a radiology department supervisor, manager and/or Radiologist and is responsible for radiographing patients for diagnostic purposes, within their scope of practice.

• Knowledge of medical terminology, infection control and safety.

• Must have good visual acuity and motor coordination.
• Strong clinical skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
• Strong computer skills (data entry and typing).
• Bilingual (Spanish and English)

Required Experience

Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Current Limited X-Ray Technician License
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
