This opportunity lets you support financial operations, maintain accurate records, and help keep business processes running smoothly and efficiently.Job DutiesProcess incoming payments in accordance with financial policies and procedures.Complete daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, calculating, invoicing, posting, and recording accounts receivable.Investigate discrepancies and resolve client billing issues.Support timely invoice payments by sending reminders and contacting clients about outstanding balances.Match, code, route, and post accounts payable invoices.Verify and record accounts payable transactions accurately and promptly.Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED required.Additional coursework or education in accounting, bookkeeping, business, or finance is beneficial.Experience RequirementsAbility to accurately process financial records, invoices, payments, or accounting documents.Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.Experience using computers, spreadsheets, accounting software, or office applications.Ability to organize records, maintain confidentiality, and meet established deadlines.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proven work experience as an A/R clerk.Knowledge of general accounting principles, regulatory standards, and compliance standards.Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel.High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.Preferred QualificationsPrevious accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or office administration experience is preferred.Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar business systems is beneficial.Knowledge of general accounting principles, financial recordkeeping, or reconciliation procedures is considered an asset.Individuals who demonstrate professionalism, dependability, accuracy, and strong organizational skills are well positioned for success as an Accounts Receivable Clerk.Physical CapabilitiesAbility to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods.Ability to review financial documents and enter data accurately.Ability to occasionally lift office materials weighing up to 25 pounds.Ability to perform normal office duties while maintaining attention to detail throughout the workday.BenefitsCompetitive Weekly PayComprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.Life Insurance and Disability Insurance for added peace of mind.Optional 401(k) Plan to help you prepare for the future.Professional Office Environment with opportunities for growth and career development."Very fast-paced work environment.
