Fixed Maintenance Technician

The Fixed Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of fixed equipment within industrial or manufacturing facilities. This position focuses on the preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of mechanical systems such as pumps, compressors, conveyors, and other stationary machinery. The technician will work closely with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment by implementing best practices and adhering to safety standards. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential issues before they escalate, thereby supporting continuous production and operational excellence. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar mechanical maintenance role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, and conveyors.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work in various facility environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical certification or associate degree in mechanical maintenance, industrial technology, or a related field.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Knowledge of welding, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities:
