- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers across assigned OTR routes.
- Deliver freight safely and on schedule.
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and shipping documentation.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding delays or route updates.
- Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations.
- Protect customer freight while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Report maintenance concerns promptly.
- Represent CJC professionally at customer locations.
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Acceptable driving record
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Strong communication skills
- Stable employment history
- Safety-first attitude
- Hazmat Endorsement
- Tanker Endorsement
- TSA Approval
- Reefer or temperature-controlled freight experience
- Sleeper truck experience
- Air freight experience
