Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Monitor patient status, respond to changes, and communicate findings to the surgical team.
- Assist in operative procedures, maintaining sterile technique and patient safety throughout the perioperative process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, coordinating care with anesthesia, surgical technicians, and other disciplines.
- Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to support optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements
- Current, active RN license appropriate for California.
- Operating Room nursing experience in a surgical setting preferred.
- Ability to work Days shift, 8-hour shifts, totaling 40 hours per week.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to participate in credentialing and orientation processes.
