Memorial Hermann The Woodlands seeks a Critical Care Clinical Pharmacist with Neuro experience to join our team. Schedule: Full-time, Day shift; rotating after hours and weekend call.
The role focuses on developing and monitoring clinical programs, providing direct patient care, and supporting cost containment in a high-acuity setting. Education includes PharmD or MSc with residency in critical care or equivalent; Texas licensure is required.
