Physical Therapist Home Health (Full-Time)

Arizona | Nevada | California (Travel Position)

Billet Health is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing Home Health team. This is a full-time traveling role providing care across Arizona, Nevada, and California.

Our clinicians deliver high-quality, patient-centered therapy services in the comfort of patients homes, helping individuals regain mobility, independence, and quality of life.

Position Overview

The Physical Therapist provides in-home therapy services under physician orders and individualized care plans, in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Services or Clinical Manager.

This role requires travel throughout the tri-state region while maintaining consistent, high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and manual therapy
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
• Document patient progress accurately and timely
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
• Travel to patient homes across assigned territories

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (APTA-approved)
• Active Physical Therapist license in AZ, NV, and CA (multi-state preferred)
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Valid auto insurance
• CPR or BLS certification
• Current TB test (skin test within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years)
• Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Home Health experience preferred
