Hospital Social Worker: Crisis, Discharge & Care Planning
Saint Francis Hospital
Saint Francis Health System in Tulsa, Oklahoma seeks a dedicated social worker to assess and support patients and families, integrating care with the interdisciplinary team.
The role focuses on crisis intervention, discharge planning, advocacy, and education, with emphasis on cultural sensitivity and collaboration across departments. MSW is required; LCSW/LPC preferred. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm.
