Construction Trainee - W2, Paid Training

Position Residential Remodeler. Location & Schedule Boston, MA. Monday‑Friday with a start time of 6:30 AM. Purpose of Position The Installer will assist in performing safe and effective installations following all company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and personal protective equipment (PPE) protocol while providing customers with a 5‑star experience. Key Role Accountabilities Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks. Travel to the customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport. Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim. Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home. Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse. Compensation The approximate hourly rate for this position is $21–$24 per hour. The pay range is an estimate at the time of posting; final compensation may vary based on background, knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. Minimum Requirements Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction—or a hunger to learn. Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must have a valid smartphone or smart device to log into company‑required systems using two‑factor authentication.
