Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)

As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA), you play a vital role in delivering exceptional, person-centered care to our residents. You will support daily living activities while building meaningful relationships that enhance quality of life. This position is essential to ensuring a safe, compassionate, and engaging environment for those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide timely and attentive response to call lights and resident needs
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and dining services as needed
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
• Accurately document care and services provided in accordance with company and regulatory standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents and team members
• Build positive, respectful relationships with residents, families, and team members
• Follow all infection control, safety, and compliance protocols

Qualifications:

• Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of Nebraska
• Previous long-term care or healthcare experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
